"The Wooden Plants Trio started up in March 2009 with a debut album which was released on the Italian label Setola Di Maiale (recorded at the first rehearsal). The second album was recorded in June 2009 and released on re:konstrukt Istanbul, which vanished unfortunately in 2011 (compilation of the turkish label -ar016- included in Audition).

Then Wooden Plants had performed at The Shadows of The Sound - the first festival of improvised music which took place in Saint-Petersburg the following year. The next album – a compilation of different recordings with aim to silence and reductionism - was released last year on Insuborditations (CH)."

And now, one powerful portrait of our newest collaboration with Bei Roy in Berlin as co-organisers with the Ohrengala Series. Ohrengala is a regular serie curated by CoCo since march 2011, and recently in april the gala was composed by ANDRÉ VIDA, TBC ( THOMAS BECK) & BENJAMIN L. AMAN

We're proud to present "TBC aka Thomas Beck (ex-H64). Operator of the Hamburg based Wachsender Prozess label and long-established sound artist, known from several solo releases, "mail music projects" and collaborations with Brume, Asmus Tietchens, Das Synthetische Mischgewebe, etc, during the past 15+ years."

tbc started in the early 80's to make his own sound as H 6 4. Franz de Waard of Vital called his music as some of the hardest music in Europe...
